Agiotech is created on Jan 2012, by a group of professionals widely experienced in efficient Post-Sales service models
for consumer electronics on Latin America region, with over 15 years experience supporting different companies rated
within world-wide Top 25 OEM's of electronics industry.
Our company arises as a response to consumer electronic market needs of integral services solutions, which help to
reduce warranty costs of their own products either by unit replace, refurbish or repair, while ensuring end customer total
satisfaction.
PRODUCT TYPES
MATERIALS MANAGEMENT
Our efforts are focused on service orders to be processed and sent back to customer within shortest time possible. Furthermore, we intelligently manage inventory levels in order to prevent any possible shortage or future material excess.
- VENDOR MANAGEMENT (AVL)
- We deploy customer's AVL, or take full ownership of the supply source in order to ensure materials availability, handling product end of life and materials excess.
- SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION
- We bring together product/component supply and distribution from its planning, purchasing and storaging, to processing and delivery of all service orders to end users. Every single order is treated on a one to one basis through strict and controlled processing in our systems.
- RETURN PROCESS
- We manage the return process of defective products and/or components from end user, carrying out a screening and
thorough documentation for assessment and acceptance purposes from our customers.
- DIAGNOSIS
- We count on engineering capability of product and component diagnosis, either by testing tools from our customers, or direct testing tools from manufacturer.
- WARRANTY CLAIM
- We are aware of relevance of recovering warranties directly from manufacturer; hence, Agiotech takes care of processing warranty claims in a timely manner, avoiding warranty expiration in order to retrieve applicable credit or replacement.
- COMPONENT REPAIR
- Our technicians are specialists and highly experienced on whole product and component-level repair, by performing either a component/part swap as required, or a reuse process called "Mix and Match".
REPAIR AND REFURBISH
We manage the entire service order cycle from initial customer contact, product pick up, diagnosis and repair, to product delivery back to end user, providing a high standard service experience.
PRODUCT REPAIR
Agiotech offers specialized services of whole unit diagnosis and repair. We manage the entire service order cycle from initial customer contact, product pick up, diagnosis and repair, to product delivery back to end user, providing a high standard service experience and turnaround time: 24 hrs on repair process, 24 to 72 hrs one way transportation time within country.
PRODUCT REFURBISH
Conscious of the existing products requiring to be restored and sent back to market sales, we perform an entire refurbish process including inspection, diagnosis, component replace or repair, cosmetic make up, accessory kit assembly, manuals and packing, according customer requirements and specifications.
COSMETICS
We offer cosmetic services to whole units which might require being modified either by aesthetic or restoration purposes which enables their reintegration into market sales.
MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLY
Within portfolio of post-sale solutions to our customers, we offer assembly services for components and kits, attending also to special requirements of manufacturing and assembly of products, either by seasonal increases in demand or specific requirements from our customers.

- Either by seasonal demand increases or specific customer request, we offer manufacturing services for electronic units and components, with highest quality standards.
- KIT ASSEMBLY
- Kit assembly process is a basic activity in manufacturing and post-sales services; hence, we provide the service of taking a list of separate components and kitting them up, making a just in time delivery of assembled kits to our customer manufacturing lines, or sending them to end user anywhere in the country within 24 hrs to 48 hrs.
- EQUIPMENT CONFIGURATION (HARDWARE/SOFTWARE)
- We offer to our customers the service of equipment configuration, which includes testing, firmware change or update, software loading, documents preparation, as well as labeling in accordance to customer needs)
- REWORKS
- We provide rework services on electronic whole products or components, such as PC's, Notebooks, video game consoles, routers, modems, PCA's, DVD/CD player, power supplies, among others.
COMPONENT-LEVEL REPAIR
Agiotech integrates innovative solutions in technology and engineering, applied to repair processes at a component level for products in the consumer electronics market. By bringing together an experienced and trained team of technicians, specialized equipment and technology, as well as a robust IT system for failure analysis documentation and control, we provide high-tech and quality repair services for a wide variety of electronic products and components. - Agiotech has developed an IT platform designed to provide a total solution for post-sales services, from operational process control and product detailed traceability, to full project management, through "Agio Web" site with access from anywhere 24x7.
- SHOP FLOOR CONTROL "E2E"
- Allows customization and automation of customer-specific processes, providing them with total flexibility and visibility over: service orders, shipments, materials status and forecasted demands, among others.
- BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
- System applications tailored to customer needs, supporting both business process requirements and continuous improvement
- AGIOWEB SITE
- Grants general public access to our company's services and information. It also contains logon screens to our other systems, enabling end users and business customers to access detailed information of service orders and further system data as required.
- INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM (ERP)
- Main control system which consolidates data of all operation areas such as CO/FI, MM, PP, WMS, among others.
- IT SYSTEMS INTEGRATION
- We have the capability of integrating our systems through EDI protocols, with either our customer or logistics supplier systems, such as Order or Inventory Management.

Agiotech has extensive experience in implementing business management techniques throughout different phases of a
project lifecycle. We take and guide to our customers from initial identification of requirements, understanding their needs
and constraints, and then contributing with design and development of most suitable strategic business solutions.
After best solution has been selected and services contract scope is agreed, we carry out project setting up with high
efficiency in terms of time, cost and quality. In order to achieve this, we use project management techniques which allow
us to keep effective project execution and control throughout implementation phase, until taking project to its
stabilization.
Once a project is implemented, Agiotech has the experience and resources required to manage and sustain post-sales
services operations by accomplishing and exceeding customer expectations and KPI's. All this through continuous
tracking of key indicators, as well as periodical reviews of operations outcomes. In case of any deviation, Agiotech has
